Complaints procedure

If you have found this page you may have a complaint and that is of course not nice. We want to make our customers happy and satisfied and that is probably not entirely possible now. We still cordially invite you to contact us so that we can find a suitable solution together. Check our contact page or email us at info@kenzit.nl. We aim to respond to your complaint within 2 working days.

We will certainly work it out and offer a suitable solution. We obviously want to see you again next time.

Can't we figure it out? Then it is also possible for consumers living in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This can be found via https://ec.europa.eu/odr
