We understand that something may go wrong with your order during delivery. Read the return conditions and then follow the steps below to return your delivered product.
Return conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can return the product if a different product than ordered was delivered or the product was damaged in transit. Follow the return steps as indicated below for a replacement product or refund of the returned products (excl. shipping costs).
You will understand that your product must be unused and unopened, do not break the product seal. All products must be returned in good and undamaged condition. The return costs are for your own account.
1. Send us an email
Send us a message by email with the description of the damage or reason for return. If necessary, take a photo of the product so that we can process it faster. Our e-mail address is info@kenzit.nl. We will process your report as soon as possible and will then contact you. If the return is approved, you will receive the return address by email.
2. Your details
Without the information below, we do not know who the package belongs to! Therefore, put a note with your name, e-mail address, telephone number (not required) and order number in the package. A handwritten note is sufficient as not everyone has a printer at home.
3. Package
Please make sure that your return is properly and securely packaged. You can send your package to the return address you received from us.
